Over 50 singers, choir practice in the pub, musical aspirations combined with a positive stage presence and the special cohesion of the choir family - that's the Münchner Kneipenchor!

Founded in 2013, the musical repertoire is a wild mix for dancing, singing, celebrating, headbanging and having goosebumps. The MKC is not actually a choir, but would rather be a really big band.

Under the musical direction of Michel Berger and Linus Mödl, the Munich pub choir performs songs by The Prodigy, Nirvana, Paul Kalkbrenner, Danger Dan and Dreiviertelblut in a polyphonic choral setting.

In recent years, the choir has performed on many small and large stages in the city and has had the honor of supporting artists such as Bosse, Mine, Keno, Granada, Tours of Tours, The Lone Dining Society and David Gramberg. Of course, the Münchner Kneipenchor also sings in pubs - that goes without saying.
