JISKA's music is the gateway to a brightly colored, tipsy, uncluttered world. The exceptional singer and bassist from Stuttgart has a maximally international feel - and not just because of the English-language lyrics - and her lightness and vigilance is reminiscent of the releases of the young Lilly Allen. JISKA's scratchy, warm voice always seems only centimeters away from the listener's ear and is always in the foreground without ever imposing itself.

JISKA, real name Jana Franziska Binder, was born in 1999 in the Stuttgart area and has been surrounded by music from the moment she took her first breath. Her grandfather runs a music school, her mother and uncle are professional musicians, and blues and soul records are constantly on rotation in the living room at home. JISKA plays the violin from an early age, sees the inside of backstages before she enters a school building and becomes a bass player in a youth band at the age of eleven. Long before she graduates from high school, she writes her own English-language lyrics. In spring 2020, shortly before the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, JISKA dared to go public with her first solo release. Even though she was initially denied live performances, her subsequent releases spread far and wide across the music and media landscape.

After completing her training as a speech therapist, JISKA spends two months in Valencia, Spain, where she creates her debut EP "Wild Blue Yonder", which is released in July 2022 and contains the first seven-digit streamed hit "Girl Next Door". JISKA then tours Germany with Betterov and Rhodes. She rotates on the radio, is nominated for the New Music Award 2022 by Deutschlandfunk Nova and plays on ZDF's Morgenmagazin. Gigs at renowned events such as the Jazz Open Stuttgart and the Sziget Festival Budapest are followed by the single "You will be okay", the herald of her third EP. In the course of the release, which will be released in spring 2025, JISKA will pack her bags and play her first headline tour in April and May 2025!

He prefers to leave the space that others like to fill with grand gestures empty - so that it can slowly fill with meaning. "Moon Landing" is music that takes its time, music that doesn't rely on quick answers. A quiet moment in the loud now.

The upcoming concert as part of the release of "Mondlandung" is more than just a performance. It is a quiet promise, a place of contemplation, where Liebert's clear words and restrained sounds unfold their full effect. This is not a show, but a moment shared. An evening, a melancholy stocktaking of what it means to live, love and sometimes simply endure today.
