Here they are again: "Setzen, Sekt!", the latest live album by the Monsters of Liedermaching, is a magnificent addition to their discography full of highlights. In 12 new gems, they reflect on the turmoil of existence and their roles in it. Whether it's agents with puppies or music-hating cats, their own career goals as goalkeepers or decisions about wallpaper color is of secondary importance. Life provides the points of friction and the Monsters lubricate them with poetry. In their characteristic singer-songwriter style between punk and pop appeal, they present themselves with delightful exuberance and face the madness of the world with a smile, because the outlet is humor and the Monsters are a blooming oasis of happiness. Now the monstrous sextet is going on tour again to play these songs, alongside numerous beloved monster anthems of course, in front of an audience that is sure to be enchanted and, according to all previous experience, will sing along and revel euphorically.
