Live: Vagabund Klezmerband. Releasekonzert zum neuen Album Zephyrus

In the organizer's words:

"Zephyrus" blows a breath of fresh air into the musical landscape with cross-genre arrangements and compositions. Full of passion, dedication and the joy of experimentation, the six musicians go their own way, breaking away from traditional guidelines, becoming seekers themselves, turning inwards and raising their voices loudly and decisively.

The band was formed during their studies at the Lübeck University of Music. Since then, Johanna Bechtel, Lina Gronemeyer, Sophie Kockler, Timon Krämer, Hannes Pries and Freddy Schlender have been pursuing a large part of their varied musical paths together. They effortlessly combine seemingly contradictory styles and use the full potential of their different influences. With open ears, they feel in all directions in order to expand their own sound worlds and create new spheres.

Zephyrus - the messenger of spring in the form of a balmy yet persistent wind - playfully swirls melodies, carries them to new places and allows them to constantly encounter new harmonies and ears.
