Taking energy into your own hands - made easy!

How is my electricity bill actually made up? How can I buy electricity cheaply and sustainably? And what contact points are there for energy issues in Munich?

If these are questions that concern you, this workshop is the right place for you!

In this workshop, we want to look at our own energy supply using electricity as an example.

To start with, we want to introduce you to the concept of citizen energy - projects such as energy cooperatives strengthen the sense of community, you can help shape the energy transition in a spirit of solidarity, take joint responsibility for the energy supply and save money at the same time. The Münchner Energiegenoss*innenschaft BENG eG will introduce itself and you will have the chance to win a membership!

In the technical-practical part of the workshop, we will show you how balcony power plants work and what you need to consider when buying and installing them.
