Feeling all feelings - there are probably no three words that better describe Looking For Ella 's music. The artist's lyrics are characterized by giving space to all feelings, looking where it hurts, working with the feeling and growing as a result. They are as intimate and close as diary entries.

With "I'll be back home soon, Love.", the artist is releasing her debut album on March 21 - a deeply touching work that illuminates all facets of great emotions under the heading "mental health". In nine tracks, a journey through depression, self-discovery and friendship unfolds, accompanied by musical soundscapes that move between indie pop, synth pads and polyphonic vocal arrangements.

Born out of the need to sort out feelings and overcome difficult phases, the album reflects an inner transformation: from rock bottom to more self-love and clarity. "It's my way of creating something beautiful and shaped from difficult moments," describes the artist, who lives in Cologne and produced the album mainly in her own studio.

Musically, "I'll be back home soon, Love." presents itself as a journey through dense arrangements and emotional soundscapes. With analog synthesizers, warm piano pads and a special love of choirs and vocal harmonies, the music is reminiscent of acts such as Florence + The Machine, Aurora or Bon Iver. Each song reveals a new facet and invites sensitive souls to explore their deepest emotions.

Looking For Ella boldly tackles topics such as mental illness, vulnerability and healing. "It's important to me to create spaces to talk about mental health," says the singer. Feelings are not only allowed, but celebrated - as an important step towards self-acceptance. With songs like "Sadness", which asks the question of how to deal with circling sadness, or "Wrong Time, Wrong Place", which captures world-weariness, the album shows an impressive emotional depth. The album concludes with a hymn to friendship - the unifying force that carries us through all storms. "I wanted to create an album that gives comfort, hope and shows that no one is alone," says Looking For Ella. With this message, "I'll be back home soon, Love." is the perfect soundtrack for anyone who wants to find themselves in the depths of their feelings and grow from them.

The release of the album will be celebrated on 03.05.2025 with a big release concert. Together with her five-piece band, Looking For Ella invites you to BüzE in Cologne-Ehrenfeld and takes the audience on a journey through all emotional worlds. It will be energetic, powerful, big and loud, but also intimate, vulnerable and very quiet. Despite all the dark themes in many of her songs, the Cologne-based singer manages to radiate a great deal of closeness, empathy and authenticity at her concerts and create a feeling of connection in the audience.
