This Caribbean vintage sound - chilled, quirky and infectiously cheerful - paved the way for ska and reggae with acoustic instruments in 1950s Jamaica.

The Cologne-based Boomer septet is the only mento band in Germany to bring this catchy island sound back to party life. Their debut album "Water di Garden" was recently followed by the presentation of the single "Mama Look A Booboo".
