This extraordinary classical music event has an exuberant, relaxed atmosphere. As with the "Last Night of the Proms", the famous London model, it is not unusual and indeed desired that the audience breaks with supposedly strict concert conventions and expresses its enthusiasm by clapping along, singing along and waving flags. The highlight of a Proms concert is Edward Elgar's march Pomp and Circumstance with "Land of Hope and Glory" and "Rule Britannia" by Henry Wood/Thomas Arne.

Following the successes of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, the KlassikPhilharmonie Hamburg under the direction of Russell Harris offers an exhilarating concert program in the special atmosphere of the MUK concert hall.
