LUKE is the new blues band of German singer-songwriter and guitarist Lukas Schüßler.

Singer, guitarist and songwriter Lukas Schüßler aka LUKE has been on stage for more than 15 years, since he was thirteen years old. He has already played in the hottest blues clubs and festivals in Germany, France, Luxembourg and Holland, toured as a support act for Patti Smith, Keb' Mo' and Taj Mahal and was named winner of the 2019 German Rock and Pop Award.

Inspired by blues legends such as Eric Clapton and John Mayer as well as songwriters like Sting and Bruce Springsteen, LUKE's songs combine tradition and modernity, catchy melodies with the organic sound, energy and authenticity of the blues.
With "...extremely expressive intensity..." (Joachim Joe Brookes, RockTimes, 14.09.21) the Saarbrücken native sings and plays his songs with a rough and distinctive voice, reflecting the musical versatility of the songwriter.

With 22 songs already released on 3 CDs, including 4 music videos since the band was founded in 2019, LUKE shows that in addition to his distinctive voice and the dynamic singing blues guitar, the songs are the main focus. MusikNah wrote about his first EP "Out Of The Blue": "You can tell that he already has several years of experience in songwriting" - "A very successful mix of blues, rock, soul and a touch of indie". With his second EP "Break The Silence", LUKE has already made it onto the radio with the two singles "So Far Away From You" and "Break The Silence" and has been requested several times for interviews in newspapers and on SR television. In 2023 LUKE now presents his debut album "Strange Boy In Town" with 10 songs, which were mixed by international greats such as Dominik Rivinius (Eminem, Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift) and mastered by multiple Grammy Award winner Brian Lucey (Elvis Costello, Buddy Guy, Black Keys).
