Lüneburger Frühjahrsmarkt

When colorful lights brightly illuminate Lüneburg's night sky, the wonderful smell of cotton candy and roasted almonds fills the air, the loud clanging of cans can be heard and the commanders on the rides loudly call out the finale, then we know it's time again: Lüneburg's spring market on the Sülzwiesen has opened its doors.

Lüneburg has almost traditionally welcomed the sunny season with its spring market on Lüneburg's Sülzwiesen, which is transformed into a playground for visitors of all ages every year at the end of April. On the fairground, a colorful fair with around 60 exhibitors awaits visitors over a length of almost 800 meters. From A for bumper cars to Z for candy floss, there's everything here to make your heart beat faster.

The Lüneburg Spring Market offers a colorful program on a total of four event days. The big highlight every year is the popular firework display, which traditionally lights up the Lüneburg night sky on Friday evening.

The Lünepost Happy Hour is also almost a tradition. On Friday afternoon (14:00 to 16:00), chips can be purchased for half price at all rides and fairground rides. These chips remain valid on all days.
