EDEKA Maaß Oberneuland has beenpresenting Maaßkultur every Wednesday since 2023, together with Emotional.Zone, Oberneuland Magazin, DownTownIslandRadio and Cafe-Schwarz.TV. From 17:30 to 20:30, whereby..., the end of the concert is largely determined by the audience (i.e. you)!

TILEEMA
A child of emigrated hippies

Tileema was born on Crete. Not in Matala in a cave, but up on the mountain in an abandoned ruin of 5 houses, east of the small village of Katsomatados. Early musical influences from Greek, German and Irish folk, later pop&punk, rock&metal to chanson&gypsy jazz result in German pop-rockfolk. Tileema - that is a unique mix of funny, emotional, serious and poetic German lyrics, wrapped in refreshingly varied sounds that guarantee exciting entertainment. Whether solo, as a duo, trio or quartet - Tileema invites you to laugh, cry, feel and dance with and without his companions. His debut album will be released next year after more than 3 decades of musical development & orientation and over 10 years of production - you can look forward to it!

Free admission. Just come along and enjoy good music and good conversation with acquaintances, friends and strangers, or maybe even a little dance!!!?

Don't worry about Bremen's shietwetter, if it rains too much we'll just move to the Lieblingscafé. The Lieblingscafé will also offer a special snack menu on the evenings of MAASSKULTUR, so you can enjoy your evening meal on site.
Enjoy a few hours of music in a relaxed atmosphere on our (hopefully always summery) square with musicians and bands from a wide variety of genres. And if you like it - musicians love spotlights - then you are welcome to leave something for the musicians and bands...
