!NO CARS ALLOWED ON THE SITE!

Unloading/ Approach/ Stand location: Please refer to the document Approach. You CANNOT BOOK A FIXED STAND SPACE outdoors. The stand number on your confirmation is only for booking purposes and is irrelevant on site! The staff on site will assign you your pitch. However, it is also important that you follow the instructions of the staff on site exactly. Otherwise we CANNOT guarantee a smooth process. This means that we will direct you to the right stand location as soon as you arrive. To make things easier, we will simply place you next to each other. We cannot take any requests into account!

Cars at the stand: Cars are not permitted on the site. Please park in P1 or P2.

Exhibitor parking: see directions

Tables/chairs/clothes rails etc.: Please bring your own tables, clothes rails, chairs and protection from the sun. You have a stand depth of approx. 3.00 meters. So that fits perfectly.

Please note:

GASTRO: Catering will be provided by the Krefeld racecourse. Large catering area with seating on the gravel surface.

TOILETS: All visitors and exhibitors can use the toilet facilities at Krefelder Rennbahn.

CHANGING CLOTHES: Please understand that we are unfortunately unable to set up changing rooms outdoors. This is due to the weather (wind) and the risk of theft.
