Live Nation Presents

MALEVOLENCE

5 shows of the UK metal powerhouse in Germany this fall

Plus special guests

With their uniquely groovy sound between metal, sludge, beatdown and metalcore, Malevolence have been stirring up the international metal world since 2010. On three albums so far, the band has created a sound that has earned them respect within both the hardcore and metal scenes and is celebrated by the international music press for its heaviness and brute force. After international support tours for bands such as Lamb Of God, Mastodon, Counterparts and many more, as well as their first headline tours in the UK, Malevolence are now taking the long overdue step of a European headline tour. In the fall of 2025, the Brits will be coming to Germany for five shows and have exciting special guests in their luggage.

Guitarists Josh Baines and Konan Hall became friends in Sheffield back in 2005. Together with Wilkie Robinson (bassist), Charlie Thorpe (drums) and Alex Taylor (vocals), they founded the band Malevolence in 2010 and released their first demo in 2011. In 2013, the band signed to Siege of Amida Records and released their debut album "Reign of Suffering". Malevolence then toured Europe in support of Dying Fetus and America with Kublai Khan and Jesus Piece. "Self Supremacy" followed in 2017 as the second album via Beatdown Hardwear Records and brought the band to the Download Festival for the first time alongside a tour with Despised Icon. After a tour with Darkest Hour and Unearth as well as a UK tour supporting Knocked Loose, Malevolence founded their own label MLVLTD in 2019 and then toured Australia in spring 2020 as support for Terror. The EP "The Other Side" was released in 2020, featuring Knocked Loose singer Bryan Garris on the song "Keep Your Distance" . The song recently broke the 10 million stream mark on Spotify and marks the most successful track Malevolence have released to date. In early 2022, the band signed to Nuclear Blast and announced their third album "Malicious Intent " with the single "On Broken Glass", which was released in May 2022. This was followed in 2023 by "The Agression Sessions", a split EP with Thy Art Is Murder and Fit For An Autopsy. After the single "Trenches" (2024), "If It's All The Same To You" in March 2025 once again demonstrated Malevolence 's versatile metal sound with a driving hardcore vibe and heavy NWOAHM-style riffs. The song also announced the release of their new album "Where Only Truth Is Spoken", which will be released on June 20.
