Manfred Maurenbrecher "Vielleicht vielleichter" - Das Record Release Konzert

Manfred Maurenbrecher presents his new album "Vielleicht vielleichter" for the first time in Berlin, solo on the piano. The new songs tell of big and small journeys to very different places. From an AfD party conference to "The other side" of the globe, from a new day on the Mediterranean to an encounter between two lonely people in the Welfenpark in Berlin-Frohnau. With his very own view of things, the Berlin singer-songwriter leads us through a world in which everyone seems to be "getting weirder and weirder", as he tells us in the song "Komisch". For this, his 24th album, the 75-year-old also had a sound image, a dynamic in his head that he absolutely wanted to save through the recording process. He pursued this vision by putting the pieces in front of the studio microphone in the exact order he had in mind, immortalizing the basic pieces all by himself on the grand piano. Together with his long-time producer Andreas Albrecht, they then carefully added accents and moods here and there, which could perhaps develop a magic of their own, a power of their own, and perhaps soon make everything much easier.
