“Mann kann. Feminis Muss!”

"Man can. Feminis must!" - Anna Lisa Azur and Michael Klütgens move somewhere between poetry slam and comedy, love the stage and now thought their kitchen table conversations would also fit well into a microphone. But what the two have to say is more than just that. No topic is too dry or too spicy for them not to write about, rhyme about or write a lively comedy set about! It's about hot topics, but also about history, feminism and the good old family. Listening to the two of them makes you feel like you're sitting at the kitchen table with them. It never gets dusty or boring with these two. So if you fancy some really good entertainment with literature and big laughs, then you shouldn't miss this evening!

Michael Klütgens:
Michael likes to tell people that he is descended from a Swedish princess. This may not be true, but it is a lot more interesting than the fact that he is a German-speaking Belgian and studied literature. While still a student, the now 30-year-old gained his first experience on the stand-up comedy stages of Scotland. Since then, he has performed in eight countries and three languages and added poetry slam texts to his act. Whether lyrical or funny, loud or quiet, all at once, Michael always has a suitable text. When he's not on stage, he's shaking up the internet with sketch comedy videos and satire, giving workshops and working on his new book. Michael is the host of the coolest comedy show in Eupen and took part in the German-speaking Poetry Slam Championships in Vienna in 2022.

Anna Lisa Azur
Anna Lisa Azur was born in 1998 in Remscheid, the rainiest city in Germany. However, she doesn't let bad weather stop her. Anna Lisa regularly performs on stage in three languages and five countries and has taken part in national championships and the German-speaking championship. Anna Lisa Azur was also awarded the Young Poets' Prize (2022) and the Wilhelm Fabry Prize (2023). She is a two-time winner of the Karl Marx Poetry Prize and in 2024 she will be awarded her biggest poetry prize to date at the Leipzig Book Fair. In 2023, she founded the cultural association Bright Lights e.V., which is committed to intercultural and supra-regional literary and music events. In 2024, she also organized the first North Rhine-Westphalian Songslam Championships, which even made it onto television. Away from the stage, Anna Lisa is totally into still tap water, is passionate about cooking and always has a good breakfast at home.
