The experiences of the early 2000s say it all:
With a sharpie when he fell asleep too early at a house party. (Badumm Tss) For anyone who's making a face right now... Mathias is a white cis man born in 1984. Mathias knows what you're thinking and he's thinking it too. A sensible person in his position would actually have to say: "I'll do what all the other guys who look like me don't do and just keep my mouth shut forever." But you can count on it! If Mathias isn't on this stage, another dude will be.
But he certainly wouldn't do such good comedy...
So I'd rather have Mathias! He never kicks downwards with his jokes, but always very quickly in all directions.
Like a kickboxer standing on an anthill.

With a loving view of the world and people, Mathias points out the bizarre aspects of everyday life.
Together with his audience, he adopts a shared, mocking perspective for a few carefree moments. He never wants to hurt feelings. If you still think after one of his shows: "Well...MY feelings have already been hurt today."

...then most likely your feelings are wrong and stupid and Mathias didn't want you to come to his show anyway.
