Meditationslehrer*in für Kinder - Fortbildung

In the organizer's words:

Further training for professionals and interested parents

This further training to become a meditation teacher for children shows effective ways to support children in accepting and regulating stress and emotions. This can increase their self-confidence in dealing with challenging situations.

Seminar description

Stress does not stop at children. A lack of resources to deal with it can lead to difficulties in everyday family and school life. In this training course, we will show children effective ways of self-regulation using simple body and mindfulness-based meditation techniques.

The focus is on playful ways to discover the quiet power that comes from the center. This includes active techniques adapted for children that lead to stillness through movement. Under the motto "The little samurai finds his center", we also integrate meditation and breathing techniques from traditional Japanese bodywork and Asian martial arts. With benevolent mindfulness in movement, stillness and touch, we strengthen the compassion of the heart.

We awaken the children's curiosity with exciting stories. They are encouraged to expand their inner experience and shape it themselves. We tap into the child's ability to be fully in the moment. In this way, stress regulation can be fun and become "child's play".
