The queer party on November 30, 2024 in Braunschweig

DJ POMOZ and DJ U-SEVEN from Berlin will be playing on the MAINFLOOR. DJ POMOZ has been a resident DJ at SchwuZ in Berlin for many years, but also plays regularly at Conncetion, Irrenhouse Party and SO36 in the capital. He combines danceable POP with DANCE and LATINO BEATS as well as 90's and 80's. The main focus is on having fun and connecting with the dancing audience. Together with DJ U-SEVEN (RNB/POP/HOUSE CLASSIX, among others), the party is designed to attract dance-crazy queers to Stereowerk.

Alongside them, DJ MAHONE will make the dance floor in the CLUBRAUM shake with a mixture of POP to HOUSE and his charismatic style. He is a sought-after DJ at queer events (including BOYS'n'BEATS (Magdeburg), Queer as Horst (Dresden), LOVE Festival (leipzig)). With his positive manner and the best hits he will prepare an UNFORGETTABLE evening.

You can also expect the team from the sexual health advice center of the health department of the city of Braunschweig.

MenDance/WomenDance is the biggest queer party series in the Braunschweig region. It has been taking place regularly since 1989 and is now one of the oldest party series in Germany. Over the years, the party has always found a new home. Initially in the TU canteen in Katharinenstraße, later in the Meier Music Hall and the Gewandhaus. The Stereowerk has been the new venue since 2022. Contrary to what the name suggests, the event has always been open to all queer people and allies. MenDance/WomenDance is designed and organized by a volunteer team from the Verein für sexuelle Emanzipation e.V. (VSE e.V.).
