So let's get loud! In the brand new event series "mental tracks", we talk, laugh and sing. We want to create a space that removes taboos and destigmatizes, because the topic deserves attention.

In the humansarehappy podcast, Leonard Gabriel Heygster has been exploring the question of what a successful life is since 2021. To this end, he regularly talks to representatives from science and society about the experience of well-being, satisfaction and happiness.

Leo talks to Luca (Kritik&Psyche) about the question of why we compare ourselves so much, especially in the context of social media, and what effects this has on our well-being. They question how neoliberal structures reinforce this mechanism and what scientific findings there are on the subject. In this context, they also talk about their roles and their individual experiences as content creators.

Fyne from Hamburg is the new star in the indie pop sky. With her lyrics, she sketches her own worlds, uses musical elements from indie, hip-hop, pop and French chanson and turns the focus of both fans and the music industry onto herself.
