Get ready for an exciting urban hike through Mannheim - discover hidden corners, street art and urban highlights of the city squared.

The Merrell Hiking Club Germany is an inclusive, women-led group that's all about hiking. Welcome to our community event series in Germany.

Rediscover Mannheim: Urban Hike with nature, culture and community
Join MHC Germany and Engelhorn for an urban hike through Mannheim - an experience for all the senses: nature, urban culture and a culinary finale. Experience the comfort of Merrell's trail runners directly on the tour - test pairs are available for you.

📍 Engelhorn Sports store (N5 6/7)
🕖 Meeting time: 11:00 am
🚶 Start of the tour: approx. 11:30 am

🗺️ ROUTE
Our hike starts at Engelhorn Sports in the city center of Mannheim and leads us through the castle park to the green banks of the Rhine. We return past street art and Mannheim University back to our starting and finishing point. On the way, we discover hidden places and hear little stories about Mannheim's past and present. At the end, a get-together awaits you at Engelhorn, with snacks and drinks.📏 Key route data:

Duration: approx. 2.5 hours incl. breaks
Difficulty level: Easy - suitable for all fitness levels

🚇 HOW TO GET THERE
We recommend traveling by public transport:
Train station / stop: Mannheim Strohmarkt
Streetcar lines / buses: 3,4,4A
🚗 For car drivers:
Parking is available, for example, in the N6 Komfort parking garage - please arrive early as spaces are limited.

✅ Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
✅ Socks for the test shoes or your own sneakers
