We are celebrating 1000 members in the Young Friends of the Kunstpalast and NRW-Forum! It's amazing how we've grown, so join us at our first MIDSOMMAR PREVIEW on Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 5 - 10 pm.

We'll kick off the summer together with beats, drinks and a great atmosphere - right in the open air. These acts await you, it will be a wild mix of music. So put on shoes you can dance in and enjoy the sunset with us.

DJ DaVinci

With warm indieztonics and tasty pop music à la Aperol Spritz, Davina welcomes you to our Midsommar pre-glow and might even get your dancing legs shaking at the beginning.

RYKO-J

Ryko-J has been making a name for himself as a rapper since 2017: for five years, the Essen-born rapper has been releasing rap tracks that cause a stir with their dominant attitude and uniquely dirty vocal color. This was followed by his first major successes, missteps and a debut album, until Ryko-J turned his back on German rap in 2022 and found a new home in pop-punk.

SAFEHXEN

SAFEHXEN serve you homemade melodic metalcore cooked up in the Ruhrpott, which simply pretzels everything away. Melancholic vibes paired with fat breakdowns and lyrics that get you going - pure goosebumps. After their debut EP at the beginning of 2024, the guys are already working on the next record, which is set to rock the scene in mid-2025. With hooks that hit differently and riffs that make you want to dance - they're going to tear it up.

ESCH

Esch is an up-and-coming DJane from Düsseldorf who impresses with her cross-genre sets between driving techno, trance-like melodies and hard kicks. She will take you on an energetic musical journey.
