MINIHORROR tells the adventures of Mini and Miki in everyday urban life. Mini's family comes from Serbia, Miki's from the Austrian provinces; the couple live together in Vienna. They try hard to fit in and do everything right. Despite this - or perhaps because of it - they are pursued by dangers and monsters, disasters and difficulties. It is about the big and small nightmares of everyday life: about the horror of failed family celebrations, about bizarre encounters between different backgrounds and experiences and about working in the murderous depths of capitalism. Mini and Miki fight their way through unsettling small talk at parties and failed vacations. Ever new abysses open up in the couple's shared apartment and refuse to close.

After successful works at the Theater im Bauturm, Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus, Theater Dortmund, Volkstheater München and Staatstheater Nürnberg, director Kieran Joel will be a guest on the right bank of the Rhine in the 2024/25 season and will be working with the "IMPORT EXPORT KOLLEKTIV" for the first time. Together, they will take a look at the uncanny challenges of life and survival in a society of the many. An evening full of abysmal everyday scenarios - funny and disturbing at the same time.
