Prof. Dr. Miriam Meckel has been Professor of Communication Management at the University of St. Gallen since 2005. She is also Co-Founder and Executive Chairwoman of ada Learning GmbH, a start-up for transformation acceleration and future skills. From 2014 to 2019, she was editor-in-chief and publisher of WirtschaftsWoche, the leading German business magazine. Previously, Meckel was State Secretary to the Minister President of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, first as Government Spokesperson, then as State Secretary for Europe, International Affairs and Media.

Dr. Léa Steinacker is a social scientist, entrepreneur, board member and bestselling author. She is Co-Founder and Executive Chairwoman of ada Learning GmbH, a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen, a member of the Board of Directors of Weleda AG and a member of the AI Advisory Board of Ringier AG. Until 2018, she worked for Wirtschaftswoche, most recently as Chief Innovation Officer. In 2018, the US magazine Forbes named her one of the "Top 30 Under 30" executives in the European media world, while Medium magazine named her one of the "Top 30 to 30" journalists of 2018. She studied at the Universities of Princeton, Harvard and St. Gallen.

The joint book by Prof. Meckel and Dr. Steinacker, "Alles überall auf einmal: Wie Künstliche Intelligenz unsere Welt verändert und was wir dabei gewinnen können", published by Rowohlt Verlag in 2024, immediately became a Spiegel bestseller.
