From wall tattoos to themed shirts: there are countless feel-good messages like these. If only it were that easy! We all want to be happy, but who can really achieve it? With her new program HAPPY. Mirja Regensburg promises: Together we can do it - and it will be great fun!

In her show, we get to know the strangest people in the world: Ourselves! We will find out who makes it the hardest for us to be happy. (Spoiler: it's rarely "the others").

On her path to happiness, Mirja tells us about the most everyday situations in which we all find ourselves. Maybe sometimes it's just a question of perspective: am I annoyed when my partner's socks are "lying around" everywhere or am I just happy that he's still here at all? Is my glass half full, half empty or am I a bottle child? What makes us HAPPY anyway? Family, money, sport, a new Harley or shoes and chocolate?
