Mitmach-Plenum im KufA e.V.

In the organizer's words:

Dear members of the KufA association,
dear volunteer cultural workers in Braunschweig,

After some turbulence, KufA Haus has arrived at the middle of the year in a stronger position - and we are really keen to continue working with you!
For some time now, we have been working on inclusive, open and low-threshold structures - in the spirit of Culture for All. Not everything works perfectly straight away, but we are constantly learning and doing our best. Now we would like to invite you to a new format that focuses on exactly that: creating, trying out and participating together.
An open meeting for everyone who wants to actively help shape the KufA Haus - regardless of whether you are already a member of the association or just want to get a taste of it. Here you can:

• present your own cultural ideas,

• get involved in ongoing projects,

• get to know other committed people,

• find out together what is possible in the KufA Haus.

What can you expect in concrete terms?
At the first participatory plenum, we will introduce you to the Ringleisfest, which will take place on August 23 and 24. Planning is still in the early stages - so it's the perfect opportunity to contribute your own ideas! Whether it's a popcorn stand, face painting for children, an information stand or something completely different: there are no limits to your imagination.
Of course, there is also room for your very own project ideas for the KufA Haus.
Together we will think about how these can be implemented.
Of course, you can also bring your own ideas for KufA Haus to the first plenary session. This is a new field of experimentation for all of us and we are excited to see what comes out of it. Because culture is strongest when many people help to shape it - and that's exactly why we're opening the doors of the KufA Haus together with you. :-)
