Shards do indeed bring a smile to the lips of archaeologists: Ceramics not only preserve well in the ground. It was also always subject to fashions and changing production methods. So if a piece or an entire vessel is found,
everything found in the area can also be dated with the help of ceramics.

In the MiQua:forum, you can try it out for yourself with faithful reproductions: Which is older, a jug or a bowl? When was which color in vogue and which processes did the
