Anne Bennent, who grew up on an island and in the sea, believes in the powerful magic of poetic language. The story is told of someone who gets caught up in a business where dreams are sold, but not for money... Beautiful poems by Ingeborg Bachmann full of lust will be heard and at the end the story Jugend in einer österreichischen Stadt (Youth in an Austrian City). Otto Lechner plays and sings big and small ballads of the 60s and 70s and digs for their substance worth preserving.

Anne Bennent: "I think I was born with a resistance," confesses the Swiss-born actress, chanson singer and reciter. She has been performing on stage since the age of nine. She completed her theater training with Papa Heinz Bennent, Patrice Chéreau and Pierre Romans in Paris, among others, and with the directors she has worked with: Ingmar Bergman, Robert Wilson, Peter Zadek, Hans Neuenfels, Thomas Langhoff, Ruth Berghaus, Peter Brook, Claus Peymann, ...most recently Ingrid Lang.

Otto Lechner: The accordion player and composer is without doubt one of the most important and distinguished Austrian musical personalities of the present day. He has not only established himself as a virtuoso on the instrument, as a composer and improviser, but was also instrumental in the rehabilitation of the accordion. Otto Lechner attracted great international attention in the 1990s as a member of the five-piece formation Accordion Tribe.
