We have started a new program series at Filmrauschpalast for all friends of early cinema visits: our matinee.

Once a month, we sweeten your Sunday: we show one of our film highlights from our current program and provide you with coffee and the best cinnamon buns in the neighborhood from Café Zazza.

This month we are showing Memoire of a Snail:
We love the intricate and detailed craft of stop-motion animation anyway. In addition, this is a moving life story in a sombre yet touchingly romantic style: with a bittersweet look and a sense of humor, a woman with an extraordinary memory looks back on her life, starting in her mother's womb.
