Curtain up, ring free! A spotlight shines in the middle of the circle, excitement in the stands around it. Then suddenly - lights out and the show begins. With "Lonely Hearts Club", the first single from their debut album of the same name, MODULAR usher in a new era. An era in which the Hamburg native by choice establishes a new sound color in the alternative pop cosmos in a contemporary way and without genre boundaries. On "Lonely Hearts Club", MODULAR talks more openly than ever about the feeling of being alone and individualism in your 20s, wrapped in minimalist and powerful Y2K indie guitars. "I feel comfortable in the sunny sound that being alone can bring and invite everyone to feel comfortable with me," MODULAR says about the song - or in other words: "Lonely Hearts Club" is THE anthem for being together. With the cinematic music video - which incidentally features the original costumes from the film "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" - MODULAR also raises the curtain on the impressive visual world of the Lonely Hearts Club. The debut album "Lonely Hearts Club" will be released on 23.05.2025.
