MOND (OV) im Cinema Futuro

In the organizer's words:

Formerly a professional kickboxer, now a personal trainer in Jordan. Sarah is invited into the home of a wealthy family. Behind high walls, she is supposed to train three sisters in martial arts who show no interest whatsoever. Instead, the four are soon united by something else: freedom and being a woman.

Some time ago, we screened SONNE by filmmaker Kurdwin Ayub. Now we are bringing her second feature film MOND to the Cinema in Stuttgart. MOND is bold, unconventional and characterized by a deep sense of interpersonal dynamics. Somewhere between a whisper and a scream. Somewhere between Austria and the Middle East.

We are showing MOND in cooperation with our friends from the Stuttgarter Filmwinter, who will give a little insight into the program of this year's festival (15. - 22.01.) before the screening.
