From the start of the 2024/2025 season, the Dresden State Theatre's acting studio will have eight new acting students: Lena Birke, Henk Buchholz, Marlene Burow, Alexander Diosegi, Pauline Georgieva, Tabea Hug, Moritz Spender and Emil von Schönfels.

The students are involved in ongoing productions and regularly present themselves to Dresden audiences with monologue cycles (STUDIO*MONOLOGE), scene studies (STUDIO*SZENEN), musical evenings (STUDIO*CHANSON) and their own works (STUDIO*EIGENARBEITEN). The range of texts produced extends from antiquity to contemporary drama. If that's not enough: Under the label STUDIO*FREISPIEL, the eight students can regularly be seen in group works they have developed themselves.
