Movie content:
Tian (Noé Yé) prefers to spend his time with his Nintendo Switch rather than with school books, which prompts his strict father (Liu Ye) to send him and his younger sister to live with their grandmother in the countryside. However, in the imposing mountains of Sichuan, Tian discovers a distraction that outshines all others: a baby panda left behind by its mother. A unique friendship develops between Tian and the little panda as they experience a summer full of adventures and unforgettable moments together. But when Tian's parents come to visit, his secret life in the bamboo forest is in danger of being exposed.
