Morganway, an award-winning force on the thriving British country and Americana scene, have left an indelible impression with their distinctive six-part harmonies, lively rhythms and powerful melodies. Hailed as "a band like no other out there at the moment" and charged with enchanting parallels to the legendary Fleetwood Mac, their live performances are always an awe-inspiring experience.
In 2023, a banner year for the band, Morganway's second studio album 'Back To Zero' achieved great success and worldwide recognition, earning them the title of 'band to watch' from Americana UK and praise as "a great country rock record" from Louder Than War. The album's success was further cemented with a place in the official Top 20 of the Americana charts.
They proved their live prowess at the prestigious Cropredy Festival, mesmerizing an audience of 20,000. They have shared the stage with rock icons such as Skunk Anansie and opened shows for Nashville storyteller Sunny Sweeney. They toured Germany alongside Elles Bailey and closed the year with a sold-out show at Storey's Field.
November saw the launch of the band's first live album, which captured the magic of a sell-out performance at The Junction in Cambridge earlier in the year - an evening that will go down as a unique highlight in the band's history.
Morganway's remarkable development and growing anticipation for upcoming events suggest that 2025 will be their most monumental year yet. In addition to a string of summer festival slots, the band is gearing up for regular releases of new music. They are working on their highly anticipated third studio album (which is already available for pre-order via the band's own website) as well as their next headlining tour, for which the first three German shows in Cologne, Berlin and Hamburg between March 28 and 30, 2025 have now been confirmed.
