Are you interested in starting a business, a founder or part of a start-up team? Then I cordially invite you to the "Morning Energy Session" in the Hofgarten Düsseldorf. In the middle of an oasis of calm, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can experience how you can clear your head and recharge your batteries with simple tai chi exercises.

• Gentle movements for a clear mind: You will learn basic Tai Chi exercises that harmonize body and mind. I will show you how to activate your Qi (life energy) and strengthen your Dantian (energy center in the lower abdomen).
• Mindfulness and focus: Through calm, natural breathing and slow movements, you will find more presence and concentration - perfect for promoting creative ideas and mastering stressful phases in everyday startup life.
• Exchange and networking: After the session, you will have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other participants and make new contacts - completely relaxed and with fresh energy.
