The Movie Sprint is Berlin’s boldest filmmaking challenge:

You and your team have 72 hours to write, shoot, and edit a short film—no matter your experience level. Start with a blank slate, get your creative modifiers at the kickoff event, and race against the clock to bring your idea to life.

At the end of the Sprint, your film premieres on the big screen in front of a live audience—and you’ll compete for awards like Best Performance, Best Cinematography, and Audience Favorite.

This is not just a challenge—it’s a creative adrenaline rush, a chance to connect with fellow filmmakers, and an experience you won’t forget.
