Under the patronage of Bayern1 literary expert Ulla Müller, the Munich bookmakers cordially invite you to the Munich Book Festival in the garden of the Schleusenwärterhäuschen!
Twelve independent publishers present their book treasures in the green idyll between the Floßlände and the Isar. Discover the diversity of Munich's literary scene: from children's books, comics, novels and crime novels to non-fiction and guidebooks to Munich's city history, architecture and neighborhood guides, there is something for every reading taste!
We also have an indie magazine as a guest. And in addition to the book stroll and a children's play corner, guests can expect a supporting program sponsored by the Munich Department of Culture with readings by Munich authors and live music. Free admission.
