Every year in late summer, we invite you to join us in reviving the tradition of open-air cinema at the idyllic Weisser Hirsch concert venue in Dresden and watch good movies together.
Far away from the cinema stream - in the middle of the forest - free for all!

When Jacob, the beautiful and vain son of the greengrocer Hanne, insults an old woman at the market, she turns him into a dwarf as punishment and takes him home with her. There he learns to cook and eventually applies for a job at the duke's court. There he finds a companion and friend in the enchanted goose Mimi. When a prince visits the duke's court, Jacob is asked to prepare an exquisite pie. He is missing a rare herb. Will he manage to find the herb and regain his true form?

The children's movie takes place on the meadow to the right of the shell.
