Musician Mental Helf MeetUp

In the organizer's words:

On Wednesday, January 22nd, the Musicians Mental "Helf" MeetUp will take place at the Kitchenclub in the Superbude St. Pauli, starting at 19:00.

We are providing the location and creating a space where people from the music industry can talk freely and openly about mental health.

An idea that particularly moves us:
"More and more musicians are suffering from similar mental health issues. It is so important and helpful to talk about it and to feel that you are not alone."

This evening thrives on the conversations and experiences of the participants. There is no fixed program, but the opportunity to share, listen and support each other.
