Musik & Stulle - Konzerte mit Geschmack mit Kahro

In the organizer's words:

Music & Stulle - evenings for the heart. A stage for the local singer-songwriter scene and delicious sandwiches for free - and if you like, you can also get a drink or two at the bar. The concert series in Oberhafen is organized by Hobenköök and BridgeGigs, two companies from different industries that have the same goal: to make our world a little bit better through sustainable, regional approaches.

What the Ruhrpott dredging lake has in common with America's west coast beach, and who actually still stands by Lisa 19 while the whole Internet is laughing at her - KAHRO provides answers to these and many more questions. The songs of Hamburg native Heiko Schmidt sound a bit as if he would rather have been in his late 20s in the 90s than today - typically millennial. His characterful voice and his guitar take center stage. Underneath, dry drums groove to a snotty, rattling bass, while synth notes rain down here and there. This forms the backdrop for lyrics that are sometimes dreamy, sometimes political and sometimes uncomfortable. True to the motto: Catches your ear, stays in your head. KAHRO is eloquent indie pop in German, where no concert is left undanced.

We are delighted that Heiko will be visiting Oberhafen with his solo project KAHRO. As always, the concert will be accompanied by delicious market stalls (included in the ticket price!).

Admission is from 6:30 pm, start at 7 pm.

Musik & Stulle has been a collaboration between Bridge Gigs and Hobenköök since 2018.
