Musikfest Berlin: Berliner Philharmoniker II

Music is usually understood as contemporary art. Yet it is also, in no small part, spatial art. Two works that think music in space and create musical space are brought together in this Berliner Philharmoniker program: Wolfgang Rihm's "IN-SCHRIFT", composed for St. Mark's Cathedral, and Anton Bruckner's monumental Symphony No. 5.
