"their period" or their "menstruation". Some feel full of ideas during these days; others prefer not to get out of their warm bed at all. Most girls use pads or tampons... but what was it like in the old days when they didn't exist? Is there anything I should be aware of during those days? And what helps if I have "stomach pains"?
