Muttertagsbrunch - Breakfast & Lunch im Mercedes-Benz Kundencenter Sindelfingen

For Mother's Day, the 'Daimler' restaurant at the Mercedes-Benz Customer Center in Sindelfingen is hosting a very special brunch experience. Our guests are welcomed with an aperitif to toast all mothers. You can then enjoy the relaxed atmosphere with your loved ones over a varied buffet of savory and sweet dishes.

There is something for every taste at the buffet. The breakfast classic veal sausage with sweet mustard and pretzels will delight you alongside a colorful selection of cheeses and sausage variations from regional butchers. Oven-fresh bread and baked goods from the local bakery such as rolls and croissants go perfectly with smoked salmon and various jams as well as honey or Nutella. The varied selection of egg dishes, vegetables with dips and fruit salad with yoghurt and crunchy muesli creates the perfect balance with small, sweet baked creations such as puff pastries and cakes.

The lunch buffet is in no way inferior to the breakfast component. Seasonal leaf and raw vegetable salads with two different dressings lead on to corn-fed chicken breasts in miso jus with colorful seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes. The buffet also offers cod fillet with lime cream and long grain rice or tomato and mozzarella tortellini with ratatouille vegetables and olives. For a sweet finish, choose from chocolate mousse with cherry ragout and nuts and panna cotta with berries - or simply try both desserts at once.
