Like a visual elegy, MY MEMORY IS FULL OF GHOSTS explores a reality in Homs, Syria, caught between past, present and future. Behind the self-portrait of a bled-out population in search of normality, memories of the city haunted by destruction, disfigurement and loss emerge.
Homs witnessed some of the earliest and most intense protests before enduring a devastating siege between 2011 and 2014. It is considered the "capital of the revolution" and was at the center of the Syrian uprising.

Years later, director Anas Zawahri captures the reality of life for those who have remained or returned to this city forever changed by war.
