My Shadow and Me: von und mit Drew Colby

The live show "My Shadow and Me" is created from nothing but darkness and light, like a cartoon. A man and his shadow meet. Together they embark on an incredible, imaginative, shadowy journey. Creatures emerge, intertwine and miraculously transform into new creatures. Little stories unfold between them, sometimes funny, sometimes sweet. A small, adorable hand shadow bunny fascinates us as part of a magic trick and with nothing but two hands, Drew Colby ends the show in a grand, colorful and impressive finale where several shadow figures appear simultaneously.
"My Shadow and Me" makes do with little language and is combined with unusual interpretations of classical music and non-verbal voice effects.
Inspired by the poem "My Shadow" by Robert Louis Stevenson, this production focuses on the relationship between us and our shadows. "My Shadow and Me" has already been shown in Turkey, India, Switzerland, Chile, Portugal, Malaysia, Italy, Russia, South Korea, Hungary, Macedonia, Norway, Spain, Tunisia and Albania.
