Every month we welcome you for coffee and cake and offer cultural delicacies. And so that it doesn't get boring, we cheerfully alternate the formats: sometimes film, sometimes readings, today classical music. Look forward to the renowned Nichiteanu Trio and chamber music at its finest.
The ensemble consists of three internationally recognized soloists with extraordinarily individual lives and origins. Ionel Adrian Iliescu, Andra Heesch and Samuel Selle came together to create a chamber music ensemble united in a common sound.
The ensemble is named after the violinist Marius Nichiteanu, who died in 2014.
Nichiteanu, the father of Andra Heesch (née Nichiteanu), who died in 2014. In their masterful interpretations, the three musicians are able to combine unmistakable clarity, openness and inspiration, where decisive influences from teachers such as Walter Levin, Tabea Zimmermann and Arto Noras can be heard.
The program includes W. A. Mozart's Divertimento in E flat major KV 563 and J.S. Bach's Goldberg Variations (arranged by Sitkovetzky).
Before and after the concert (approx. 45 minutes), you can chat as usual until the doctor comes...
Free admission. With the kind support of the Haspa Foundation.
