The free imperial city of Tremonia was the most important Hanseatic city in Westphalia in the Middle Ages. Not only kings and counts visited the large, magnificent city, but also citizens, merchants, servants and crooks left their mark. Accompany the night watchman through the alleyways of the town and listen to his stories from ancient times: about the town patron Reinoldus, the Hanseatic merchant Klepping, life on the market square, about an attempted betrayal and about the traditional Westphalian dish that is still on everyone's lips today.
