In the organizer's words:

Desire and motherhood - two worlds that are often thought of as separate. The short film program "Motherfucker" breaks with this taboo and explores the sensual journey from conception to pregnancy to motherhood. The films interweave archaic fertility rituals with ecstatic bodies, trace longings and transformations and question why care and pleasure are so often seen as contradictory. Between devotion, fusion and the moment in which a new existence begins, the program opens up a space for new perspectives on desire and identity in motherhood.

In the subsequent discussion with sex therapist and sex educator Julia Henchen, we will explore issues relating to sexuality, pregnancy and parenthood.
