Probably the craziest and funniest rock band, NECATI ve SAYKOLAR (translated: NECATI and the psychos) come from the Turkish province of Denizli and fuse well-known songs from Turkey with the Anatolian psychedelic-funk-rock sound of the 1970s. The four-piece Turkish Anatolian rock band, once founded by the saz player NECATI, is currently shaping Anatolian rock sounds like hardly any other band, building a musical and extremely danceable bridge between tradition and modernity.
