NECKBREAKKER und GALGE

Neckbreakker was founded in 2020 in Silkeborg, Denmark, and consists of Christoffer Kofoed (vocals), Sebastian Knoblauch (bass), Anton 'Hajn' Bregendorf (drums), Joakim Kaspersen (guitar) and Johan Lundvig (guitar). Even before they had released a single song, Neckbreakker had played their way to the top of the underground metal scene thanks to their reputation for brilliant live shows. The young death metal band had already toured with the likes of Crypta, BAEST and Left To Die and scored slots at festivals such as Hellfest, Resurrection Fest, Bloodstock Open Air, Summer Breeze, Copenhell, Mystic Festival, Dynamo Metal Fest, Roskilde, Sweden Rock Festival, Tuska Festival and Inferno Festival as they made their way across the continent.

Their highly anticipated debut album "Within The Viscera" will be released on 06.12.2024. About the release, the band says: "When we created 'Within The Viscera', we felt a certain pressure. The pressure to deliver an album that lives up to the hype the band has built up since we started playing shows, the pressure to not diminish the raw impact of the songs by finally bringing them into a studio environment, and most importantly to make a debut album that we can be proud of. We had a vision, and we knew we wanted to do it right. And we believe we've done that. Produced by Andreas Linnemann and mixed/mastered by Josh Middleton, 'Within The Viscera' is our strongest material, and we hope the joy we had in creating it shines through."

"Within The Viscera" is a powerful maelstrom of youthful death metal that encapsulates the feel of the band's explosive live shows, combining the undeniable influence of classic Scandinavian death metal with the hard-hitting intensity and crashing grooves of modern hardcore. Swirling, intricate leads meet bone-crunching breakdowns, furious double-kicks and throat-shredding vocals to create nine no-bullshit tracks that will catapult Neckbreakker from the underground to the global metal stage.

Galge is an extreme metal band that plays brutal and progressive music that doesn't adhere to stereotypical genre conventions. The band mixes elements from a variety of genres, such as death metal, black metal and post-rock. This all culminates in the band's trademark beautiful chord progressions, technical riffs and unusual time signatures. Since their debut album "Løkkelig" in 2021, the band has been a busy live act in the Danish metal scene. Galge released their second album in 2024. Their sound has become even more refined, deafening and penetrating. Galge's musical skills and technical professionalism have been enhanced by their live performances. Lyrically, Galge are obsessed with human emotions. They are interested in everyday feelings and what lies behind them, the complexities of love, fear and human interaction.
