Many of us tend to get caught up in negative thought loops, which can also be directed against ourselves. Thinking about things in a negative tone leads to a feeling of powerlessness and depression. Self-critical thought processes also easily lead to a negative self-perception: we believe our negative thoughts, e.g. that we are not good enough. As a result, we become insecure, feel inadequate, judged and sometimes even rejected. Such paralyzing thoughts undermine our relationships, our work and our ability to reach our full potential.
In this course, Katrin introduces perspectives and meditations from the Buddhist lineage that allow us to dissolve negativity and self-criticism.
